INTRODUCTION

While I was in the pharmaceutical industry, I had the opportunity to learn many types of bodywork including Yoga, and Alexander Technique. Among the bodywork that I had explored, ‘ROLFING’ – Structural Integration had enormous impact on me. ROLFING not only improved my back neck and shoulder problems, but also brought alignment/balance to my body. In addition, it improved my yoga practice, especially deepened my back bend poses. After completing 10 sessions in Mar 2014, I decided to take European Rolfing Association’s (ERA) Basic Training in Munich, Germany. Since Jun 2015, my activities is focused as ERA Rolfer. The mission in STUDIO ‘ZERO’ is to help find body balance and alignment through scientific approaches including body, mind and nutritional approaches. Please contact me in English or Japanese if you are interested in taking Rolfing sessions.
