I had completed 1o sessions.
Rolfing reminds my body that each piece of my body is connected, and I interpret as this bodywork teaches my body to balance myself, am I right? I think my posture had improved.
One by one session, I felt my leg and my lower back connected, and in the final session, both of my mind and body felt connected.
I sometimes feel anxious, could not sleep when there is something bad happening, and have no appetite… On the other hand, have fever and could not go out and hang around with friends… etc. There are times when I feel negative, and mind and body has no relationship at all, but balancing the body and mind, and feeling the mind balancing through body alignment was precious experience for me!
