INTRODUCTION

There are 3 steps in Rolfing 10 Series
Session 1 – 3 : Sleeve session
Session 4 – 7 : Core session
Session 8 – 10 : Integration session

Sleeve and Core is based on the location of the body whether it is on the surface or deep core layer within the body. Gym training focuses on the sleeve part and Yoga/Pilates focuses on the deep core. Each session focuses on freeing the restrictions in a particular region of the body. Practitioner maintains a ‘holistic’ view of the client’s body system during each session. This enables the transformational process to be in a comfortable and harmonious way.

Typical session is taken once or twice a week, and body will allow itself to integrate. Gradually you will see the muscle relaxation.

The goal of the Rolfing 10 Series is to restore the balance of the body. There is standardized ‘recipe’ for each session and the goal is systematically balance and optimize both the structure (shape) and function (movement) of the entire body over the course of 10 sessions.
